6-Month Tenant Assurance

If your tenant breaks their lease within the first six months, we will replace them without charging a leasing fee, provided the property remains under active management with IMC Capital.

At IMC Capital, we believe in aligning our incentives with your success. Unlike some property managers who get paid regardless of your property’s occupancy, we only earn our management fee when your property is rented. If your property is vacant, you don’t pay.
